Authors from Companies will be entitled to have their company logo and the link to their website in the homepage of MM2009.
PAYMENT
Application fees must be paid in advance.
For speakers: within a month after notification of acceptance of the paper, i.e. within December 7th 2008
For participants: within a week of receipt of a written registration communication from the Organizing Committee and no later than April 15th 2009.

Application fees will be received and invoiced by CNIM Srl, which serves the Committee for administrative functions.
CANCELLATION POLITICS AND REFUNDS
Prepaid registration fees are refundable, minus
a 20% due to administration fees, if a written notification
of cancellation is received within five working days prior
the event starts. No refunds are available for cancellations
received after the above date.
No refund is foreseen for the speakers whose paper will
have already been included in the Conference proceedings.
However, delegate substitutions are accepted. All refunds
will be paid after the conference.
