Information for Speakers

- download the MM2009 TEMPLATE for ppt presentation -

a) each speaker will have 15 minutes for his/her presentation;
b) presentations have to be copied on a CD or a USB memory stick;
c) presentations have to be prepared in power point format;
d) the speakers should arrive about 10 minutes before the session starts in order to copy the presentation onto the laptop computer and meet the chairman;
e) people from MM2009 Conference staff will be availabe for speaker's assistance;
f) please, be considerate to the other speakers: keep to the allowed time.
