A dedicated commission made up of experts will evaluate the best paper presented by a Company or University. The award will be delivered during the Conference closing session.
1. Submission of the Abstract:
Abstracts are required for paper presentations. Please submit an abstract of 500-800 characters (with space) in MS Word format to: mmconference@cnim.it
The e-mail message should include the title of the paper, the author’s name(s), affiliation(s), phone number and e-mail address(es). The reference author should be indicated. The author is also required to indicate the session where the paper should be included (compare below).
2. Submission of the full paper:
Once the abstract acceptance notification has been obtained from the Organizing Committee, the author must submit the full paper in PDF and MS Word format by e-mail to: mmconference@cnim.it
The final paper must not exceed 6 pages in length and must be edited in accordance with the paper model provided.
The authors may be requested to revise their full papers in accordance with the Programme Advisory Committee suggestions.

3. Sessions for papers inclusion
3.1 Technical Sessions :
- TS1 - Maintenance of Industrial Systems
- TS2 - Facility Management, Outsourcing, Contracting
- TS3 - Buildings and real estate Maintenance
The technical sessions include papers and communications that deal with models, experimental and organizational studies, characterized by a meaningful level of innovation with respect to international literature in the field.
3.2 Special Sessions :

SP1 – Maintenance in the Healthcare Sector, Technology and Responsibilities

SP2 – Management and eco design of Civil Large Works
The Special Sessions include articles and communications that introduce innovative solutions (best practices on the international level) in a specific industrial field (technological but also managerial) and describe the advantages expected. The papers in these sessions will be included together with invited lectures.
3.3. Workshop sessions
The workshop sessions include papers which describe how a Company has implemented a solution (technological or organizational) and illustrate the difficulties and the advantages of implementation. In these sessions, after the speaker’s presentation, there will be enough room for debate and the interaction with the public.
